Outdoor unit support structure of air conditioner {SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR AN OUTDOOR UNIT OF AN AIR CONDITIONER}
The present invention relates to an air conditioner, and more particularly, to an outdoor unit support structure of an air conditioner, which shortens a manufacturing process and reduces manufacturing cost by improving the support structure of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner installed outdoors.
In general, an air conditioner is a product for adjusting the temperature, humidity, and cleanliness of indoor air to a user's preference, and is used to adjust and maintain indoor air in a comfortable state.
Such an air conditioner is a compressor for compressing vaporized refrigerant, a condenser for liquefying refrigerant by absorbing heat from the compressed refrigerant and releasing the heat to the outside, an expansion valve for depressurizing and expanding the liquefied refrigerant, and vaporizing and evaporating the refrigerant. It includes an evaporator that absorbs heat from the surroundings. Each device is connected to each other via conduits for refrigerant passages. The refrigerant phase changes as it circulates repeatedly through conduits connecting the elements of the air conditioner, thereby absorbing or dissipating heat.
Generally, air conditioners are classified into a separate air conditioner composed of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, and an integrated air conditioner that is not separately formed. In the separate air conditioner, the compressor, the condenser and the fan are mounted to the outdoor unit, and the evaporator, the expansion valve and the blower fan are mounted to the indoor unit. In an integrated air conditioner, the devices are all mounted in a housing.
1 shows an outdoor unit 100 of a conventional air conditioner. As shown in FIG. 1, the outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner includes a housing 110 in which a refrigerant treatment device such as a compressor and a condenser is installed.
First and second brackets 112 and 114 are provided on the bottom of the housing 110. The first and second brackets 112 and 114 protrude out of the housing 110 and are coupled to the bottom surface of the housing 110 by coupling means such as welding. Although only two brackets are shown in the figure, a pair of brackets is additionally installed on opposite sides of the first and second brackets 112 and 114.
The first supporter 120 is coupled to the first bracket 112. The first support 120 is integrally formed on the main body 122 seated on the bottom, the upper surface of the main body 122, a screw portion 124 extending through the first bracket 112, the screw portion ( It is composed of a nut (128) coupled to 124 to secure the first support (120) and a washer (126) interposed between the nut (128) and the upper surface of the first bracket (112).
In addition, a second support 130 is coupled to the second bracket 114. The second support 130 is also integrally formed on the main body 132 seated on the floor, the upper surface of the main body 132, a screw portion 134 extending through the second bracket 114, the screw portion ( It is composed of a nut 138 coupled to 134 to secure the second support 130 and a washer 136 interposed between the nut 138 and the top surface of the second bracket 114.
However, the outdoor unit of the conventional air conditioner having the above-described structure welds the first and second brackets 112 and 114 to the bottom of the housing 110 by welding, and connects the first and second brackets 112 and 114 to the first and second brackets 112 and 114. Since the first and second supports 120 and 130 have a structure in which the screws are coupled to each other, the number of parts increases, the assembly process becomes complicated, and manufacturing costs increase.
The present invention has been made to solve the above disadvantages, an object of the present invention is to provide an outdoor unit support structure of the air conditioner having a simple configuration, easy to assemble, and can reduce noise and vibration.
